Like fruitcake for the soul, with one nut: Jerome. He hates kids, so who knows why he's a teacher or a mall Santa? It's the money, those Santa-photo kickbacks, that keeps him in the chair.
This Christmas Jerome is irked by two sisters stealing coins from the fountain. As he goes out of his way to get into theirs, he learns to listen and learn exactly who needs what.
