1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed ice
1 5.1 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 12 oz. container cool whip, thawed
1 16 oz. container strawberries
Pour Jello into a bowl. Pour boiling water over and mix well until the Jello dissolves. Add crushed ice and stir until melted. Put bowl in the refrigerator and leave for about 10 minutes until Jello is set up to the consistency of thick pudding.
Pour pineapple, including its juice in a mixing bowl and add vanilla pudding. Stir to combine. Stir in the marshmallows and Cool Whip.
Stir thickened Jello, add it to the Cool Whip mixture and stir until combined. Fold in strawberries and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Will last for up to 24 hours.
